ROBLE Fragrance Lab wants every customer to be fully satisfied with their experience.

Shipping Information

  • We ship within Insert regions/countries served, using reliable carriers.

  • Orders for signature fragrances are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom fragrances may require additional time for blending.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at alan@roblefragrance.com. We will arrange for a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Unopened, unused signature fragrances may be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Custom fragrances are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except if they arrive defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
