Shipping Information
We ship within Insert regions/countries served, using reliable carriers.
Orders for signature fragrances are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom fragrances may require additional time for blending.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order ships.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at alan@roblefragrance.com. We will arrange for a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
Unopened, unused signature fragrances may be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom fragrances are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except if they arrive defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
